It has happen to me and even if I up to 700 not very much happened.
I too thought it was the dvd .
However , It was how much I “wasn’t” eating and my work outs.
I would image that even if you are vet at this, you may just not have adapted you diet and exercise to facilitate growth .
This happen to me years back ,even despite the fact that I had been doing it for 20 years .
I really had to starting eating like a pig before anything noticeable happen .
It wasn’t normal for me to eat that much, I had to nearly force feed myself.
My body didn’t tell me it needed more.
I also had to change the set/rep range ,I had to go heavy with less reps.
I’m sure this is academic to most of you guys and gals on this board.
But me being a non-completive in the garage BB’er for thirty plus years I’ve had to try to find out what works for me on my own.
Oh Yes ! Water ,water and more water .
Lack of proper hydration will screw me/you up as well.
It totally amazes me how much water a person need when trying to grow.
I never got thirsty enough to satisfy what my body needed for growth .
You body is a silent partner when you put it the ringer like we do with the dvd .
You may think your eating enough, exercising properly and drinking enough , but I would be willing to bet that those three things and the main reasons for failure
Oh well !
As usual , I’m not sure if I’ve been any help at all .
All I know is I’ve had it happen to me and this is how I over came it .
Hot Rocks
Rock On !
PS:I see your with Phil, and what an advantage you have.
I don’t want to get Phil freaked out at me again.
Cause he know his stuff obviously .
Nevertheless , I would still have to try and adjust my food and water .
It is strange how the human body has multitude of similarities and still have many differences .
