What are some healthy foods, drinks, and desserts that do not affect your fit body?

I've always liked to drink Coca-Cola, Beer, some like Pizza, Chips, etc., but now I want to have the body of my dreams. I'm willing to make certain sacrifices to achieve that change, so I'm thinking of not eating junk food as much as possible. My question is this: Is it necessary to eliminate an entire diet full of foods like Hamburgers, Soda, Pizzas, Cakes to have a fit body? I know there are light or sugar-free versions of those products, but I don't trust them.

Everything you eat is shit from what it sounds like... NO SODA at all imo, Beer and liquor (im guilty once a week maybe).
 
Diet didn't matter whatsoever other than 7-14 days strict eating here and there, depends on the individual I suppose.
 
I dont really diet so to say, but I sure as hell dont eat fast food shit, and drink soda.
 
Depending on how dedicated a person is. I suggest to get 80 or 90% of their calories from healthy food. Just depends on how healthy you want to be. I probably get way less then 10% of my calories from junk, processed foods and also avoid artificial foods/sweeteners. And go years at a time without a day sick. And recover from training well. And when i do get sick i very very rarely spend the day laying around. Like most things in life the more you put in the more you get back.
