I've always liked to drink Coca-Cola, Beer, some like Pizza, Chips, etc., but now I want to have the body of my dreams. I'm willing to make certain sacrifices to achieve that change, so I'm thinking of not eating junk food as much as possible. My question is this: Is it necessary to eliminate an entire diet full of foods like Hamburgers, Soda, Pizzas, Cakes to have a fit body? I know there are light or sugar-free versions of those products, but I don't trust them.
