Test Prop Acne

I have done multiple cycles in the past using Test C and Test E with doses between 400-500 mg/week. I never had a problem with acne at any point during those previous cycles.

This spring I started TRT with Test Prop 250 mg/week (70 mg EOD). The first seven weeks I used an AI. Bloodwork drawn 36 hours after injection showed total test 1100 and Estradiol 5. During these first seven weeks I had major acne on my face. The last eight weeks I dropped the AI and still have major acne present.

Is Test Prop “dirtier” than Test C or Test E? Sesame oil is the carrier oil.

I’ve found theres many variables that can influence acne. Hormones of course, stress, weather ( hot + sweaty), your diet

also there’s been times when i’ve ran large amounts of gear, skin never looked better, then the same cycle at a different point in time and i’m breaking out everywhere

try some aha/bha cream, skinmedica is good

Some have posited that there is more DHT conversion on shorter test esters.

Honestly if you check your total T 36 hours after injection and it’s still 1100, your dose is way too high for TRT. Try 20mg everyday
