Over the weekend i got to meet up with phil and train together. He gave me some very intelligent and sound advice. Very nice guy and i hope you all realize what a benifit he can be on all of us even without getting to meet with him. Thanks again phil, and yes i think you may be right about me comming in at light heavy. Im not just going to the gym today bro, im going to war! thanks again.
