I thought some of you Paul Borressen fans would enjoy this article taken from a 1999 issue of Pauls magazine "The Governor". The theory is that this program burns massive amounts of fat while maintaining muscle mass:

1.)Reduce carbs to 1g per lb of bodyweight per day
2.)Take in 3g of protein per lb of bodyweight per day
3.)Have broccoli 4 times per day
4.)Drink 8 Litres of water per day
5.)One teaspoon of Extra Virgin Olive oil per day
6.)Eat 4oz of Salmon steak every 3rd day
7.)Eat nothing else!
8.)Take 15 grams of Glutamine per day
9.)Take 12 EXTREME HEAT caps per day***
10.)Take 400mg DNP per day
11.)Take 6iu GH per day
