Throw it out there guys what takes the topping for making that sick seperation between upper inner pecs and making them pop! The problem I have is that my outer pecs and lower pecs are thick but start to cave in towards the middle thanks bras

Join the crowd. I've never met a guy who didn't need more upper/inner chest development. Probably incline barbell press would be the best exercise for that.

Ive seen improvement doin pec dec while leaning back and having spotter pump extra reps past failure

sadly you can't have what your genes won't allow.....just do a variety of chest exercises and develop your chest to it's fullest genetic potential.

funny you say that TOM. i always wanted really good calves. my whole body progresses pretty well. calves suck big time. but trying out various things to balance that with the rest of the body. bad genes no good.

What about weight dips at all different widths, seem you would would have full range motion with the scapula and could fully extendible to other lift.

I like close grip incline bb presses with elbows slightly out. I go pretty light and concentrate on the contraction at the top. Pumps up my upper inner chest like crazy.
