Who has read this book? How is it. I made the mistke of buying Chemical Wizardy awhile back and 90% was shit I already knew from reading on here. I think I picked up like 2 or 3 new things thats it
Any reviews from people who have read this book?

Check out Elite Fitness.....the author, Nelson Montana, posts over there. He believes in 3 week cycles with low doses, no cardio; and he's pretty controversial. His threads are always very popular, but the guy has never been over 190lbs, so I doubt he has a lot of first hand experience being really "hardcore". He's got an opinion on Everything, so go over to Elite and ask some questions. For the price of the book, though, I don't think it's worth it (I haven't read it, but that is what I gather from reading the man's posts at Elite). With all the disscusion boards on the net, I don't see how some book is going to "enlighten" any of us vets.........

I bought the book and must say, its everything we all know anyways. I have both books im willing to sell!

He mentions a bit on training. Exercises from yesteryear, No programs. He touches up on diet. Bottom line: to gain eat more, to lose eat less. Always emphasize protein at each meal and the crabs and fats will follow.
He briefly touches on steroids. Doesnt give any cycle advice though..

I have the access code etc if anyone wants to PM me for it.
I thought it sucked, a reprint of alot of his Muscle Mag articles.

He makes mention of the fact T-Mag rewote alot of his info, and how unethical they were, yet he continued writing for them for months, until he was dumped. I guess ethics didn't matter to him as long as they were paying him?
Now he's sacked he tries to come acrross as the good guy and whistle blower on the industry.

Those Nelson Montana theories are dumb as shit. The ONLY consideration and advantage they have is keeping the HPTA
from shutting down badly. For every other aspect, especially the ones that count like gaining muscle and strength-makes zero sense.
