I want to let everyone know what the goals of this board are so that there is less confusion. Here they are in no particular order.
Share info on training routines.
Post your workouts so others can learn from your experiences.
Share info on cycles too. What worked for you may work for someone else.
Friendly smack talk will also be allowed. This is for motivational purposes only. Assholes will be banned!
We should all be here to help eachother acheive excellence. This includes beginners as well as advanced lifters/strongmen. Feel free to invite anyone that may be of benefit to the board.
If I have left anything out, please feel free to add to the list.
