Hey guys, i noticed that my diet was lacking essential vitamins and minerals. I was tired throughout the day and had really bad sleep. I talked to my buddy who's a doctor. I told him about my diet, and he immediatly told me to start taking multi vitamins and B-complex. I started doing that and i feel like my cycle is working a lot better, i feel stronger at the gym and have even gained more weight in week 10 of my cycle, i'm getting better sleep and i feel way more energentic throughout the day.
My point with this thread is this: We are so concerned in taking the most amount of protein and carbs we can that we forget the importance of essential vitamins. I'm no expert and have little experience compared to some of the boys here, but for all the newbies like i was, this is an important point you should consider.
