You leaned out nicely. Great progress but I would get the acne under control before pushing the drugs any further. Nothing ruins a physique like you got hit with a splatter of birdshot all over your chest and back. The sooner you get it under control, the sooner it can fade away.

Hard to tell in the pics but no longer physical lumps just purple spots. I’m on a low dose Accutane protocol and about 4 months in. Figure another 4 months instead of running the 120mg protocol for my weight. I’m rotating between 40mg and 60mg a week. Definitely should have dropped to try and fixed it fast but the gains can’t stop…

I'm basically hitting shoulders every day now no matter what I do I can't get them sore. But they are in fact growing like a motherfucker. 5 working sets on rear delt flys, 4 working sets on laterals than did some fluff hitting heavy partials to failure on laterals.

10 sets of pullups multi grip variations.

Went very heavy on flat bench skull crushers with the ezbar. I never ever train abs but did some decline situps way past negative with a 25 lb plate.

Up to 80ius of insulin a day 60 lantus 20 log.

I ate 6100 calories today only 52gs of fat.
