I don't think this was meant to be a stay on permanent diet but more to bust a sticking Point. Then back on a healthier diet. Years Ago I was stuck at 215 ish . I ate everything in sight no matter what. Candy bars, pizza ect.. Once I hit 220 it was easier to pack on some more size eating clean again. Just my 2 cc worth
I've heard this one a few times still funny to listen to though. Don't think I could afford that diet and would probably have the shits but I'm sure it would put on weight! Makes me laugh when people say the can't gain weight cause I used to say that. Then I learned how to eat. Now I throw down 24 oz meals and 1500 cal shakes no problem
