I seen that video, eating like that there's no way you couldn't pack on some weight /bust threw a sticking point. Probably have a good but of Fat to cut off to

I don't think this was meant to be a stay on permanent diet but more to bust a sticking Point. Then back on a healthier diet. Years Ago I was stuck at 215 ish . I ate everything in sight no matter what. Candy bars, pizza ect.. Once I hit 220 it was easier to pack on some more size eating clean again. Just my 2 cc worth :D

I've heard this one a few times still funny to listen to though. Don't think I could afford that diet and would probably have the shits but I'm sure it would put on weight! Makes me laugh when people say the can't gain weight cause I used to say that. Then I learned how to eat. Now I throw down 24 oz meals and 1500 cal shakes no problem :D

Was talking to a guy at the gym the other day about this. He said he couldn't put on weight. I asked him how many calories ect... He's like at least 5000 a day. I told him what I eat and I'm just under 4000. He's like um, maybe I don't eat that much lol. A lot of people don't seems understand how much food is 4-5000 calories actually is

I've found adding a few pop-tarts every day to be a reliable method for gaining weight (of course assuming other variables remain constant). It's not necessarily quality weight, but still weight nonetheless.
