Time for the War Lords to Start Picking me Apart

I'm 11 months out from the North American. And at my age that's not much time. And so I really want to focus on bringing up my weakest parts. Fire away, all barrels!!!! I'm very thick skinned and really can't be offended.

I'm been off everything for a little over 6 weeks. So I know I'm not going to grow fast. But I do intend to focus on my flaws. When I go back to the North American next year I will NOT be placing 6th!!! So I have some work do to.

Front Poses...

Side Poses...

...hams just starting to show some separation from my quads. I'm both surprised and happy about that.

Your midsection looks great! quads look excellent

The first thing that popped out at me was Delts, I am also inclined to say hammies and glutes, but I need to see your contest photos to be sure. You look better from the front than the back so concentrate on that.

No matter what......awesome work!!!

Looking good bro - all I would say is that on the back double bi, try to get your fists behind your head a bit so your peak shows to the judges.

You will harden up a lot when you get back on. You havent lost too much size but softened up but thats normal for someone with low test. I dont care how good someone's genetics are, you cannot look full and lean without test.

(rear)delts, glutes, hams

its weird, because in your side poses your arms look good
(side chest)...ect......front and rear poses not so much
i think your arms are fine though

your delts look good from the front,
not so good from the rear and side
on the side shots you really see lack of rear delt there
and from the back, bring up your rears will give you MORE
contrast to your back making it appear larger and thicker

glute and hams i will not even say anything
as you already know whats going on there

people are saying lower back.......but you either have a thick lower back
or you dont.....once you get lean back there, its really not gonna matter
same goes with glutes and hams....THEY ARE BACK THERE
theyre just hiding from you right now...your gonna have to suffer
to see them:(

bottom line is, these are just suggestions

but........BUT

if you come in ripped beyond your wildest dreams....
its really not gonna matter much....bigger arms blablabla

if you would have had better condition this year
you probley would have taking it.....i know you were behind this time
so now you have a year........there is no excuse in the world now
unless, injury....ect...ect:(....god forbid

I hope you guys realize I'm taking all this to heart. Everything you guys say is going on a list and I'm doing the best I can to prioritize against my limited ability to recover.

Right now my split looks quite ridiculous. But I REALLY don't care.

1. Hams/Glutes - 2x per week
2. Rear Delts/Neck(4 sides) - 3x per week
3. Lower Pecs/Biceps - 2x per week

4. Back/Quads/Calves/Triceps/Delts - all on the same day.

Once the first 3 body parts look in proportion, I'll start hitting Delts very hard. My abs/calves and triceps are a gift. I've never had to work them. But I plan on making sure they stand out by the second half of next year.

I just wanna say you are total inspiration to me! I had to show my wife your pics. She made the comment she has not ever seen anyone at 20 something look as good! She couldn't believe it when I told her your actual age!!

I am in no position to say what needs work or where... Good luck! I look forward to following your progress.

You got beat from the back, especially the glute/ham section.

Add a little more size there and get some separation in the legs and you take that show.

Great post from Tenny.

Just the obvious for me: get as lean as humanly possible and bring up them arms (both bi's and tri's).

Oh and before I forget: no matter what, you look awesome. :)

9 weeks off of everything still and sticking pretty close to mountaindog's diet. The only change I've made, really, is added raw milk post workout and taking 300mg of Emeric's Humanofort per day at 100mg 3x per day. And hams are slowly growing on that alone!!!

I'm starting to get a nice pump so my hormones must be slowly recovering. And I'm up another 6lbs from the last pictures with very little fat gain if any. So I'm starting back on my doctor prescribed HRT: 2iu Hgh 5 days on/2 days off and 50mg Test EOD (175mg/week).

I've been focusing on Hams, Glutes, Lower Pecs, Delts, Biceps, Triceps & Neck. I'll have my blood work done in December. And if everything looks good I'll start a light cycle in January.

I'm pretty motivated and really looking forward to the North American. And I welcome any comments.
