I like to split it into 3 dosages 6-8 hours apart. Morning, lunch, and night time.
I like the idea of a steady release of the steroid in my body. I find it takes a while for the beneficial mechanisms of the steroid to take affect. Blasting it all pre workout I don’t think is as effective. A steady blood concentration will allow the drug to build up its positive effects.
Im currently splitting my orals. 15mg halo post cardio, 15mg halo pre, 15mg halo before bed.
I think ill stick to this from now on. Not a fan of orals in the off season really, id rather use 5iu humalog. But if i was doing 100mg adrol for example id prolly do 50mg with breakfast and 50mg pre workout if they were spaced enough.
Prefer orals only pre-workout.
* The other compounds (inj.) will have your blood levels stable. I'll pack in my macros before using, then one hour prior to workout take oral. After workout of course eat and continue to capitalize on the spike. My other compounds will continue to work and be stable in blood...
