Timing??please help

when would be the best time to take my post workout shake shake consisting of whey/carbs when on GH. Sraight after injection or not?

Also, I dont know about you guys but i travel for 45 minutes to work and train at lunchtime, will my gh go bad not being refrigerated on my way to work and how do you guys inject post workout, I wouldnt want to anyone to see my syringes.

Well you could always buy one of those mini-fridges that are for the car. Not that big of a deal. i will try to find a link..
