Im pretty handy with my kitchen knives.. But i find myself using the same knife for everything (meats, veggies, fruits, herbs, etc.) I wanted to spend some money on a quality knife and sharpener.. I wanted to know your recommendations.. I have a set of Tools of the Trade knives that i got free with some pots and pans.. The sharpener is just about ground out smooth.. I want a quality chef'sknife i can use and sharpen for a long time..
