Ok Here's my question to anyone out there with a little knowledge about carbing up before a contest. Should it be done or not and if so what would you suggest?

That's a huge question that needs a lot more background info with it such as time dieting, amount of carbs used, experience, how you look going into the show, etc
Not a simple answer and is dependent on the individual

Well I've been dieting for 13 weeks and I was 228 to start and I now am 195. Hoping to be at the High end of the middleweight class in the Battle on the Bluff in Tunica, MS. I'm currently taken in 200 grams of carbs a day. I've slowly dropped my carbs every few weeks. I currently still have a work needed to be done on abs about every where else is looking good. Techinquely this is my second show but I crash dieted and did my first show on 6 weeks notice so the whole carbing up thing didn't quite work out last time. I'm working on getting some pics but until then any advice?
