So today I got a package in the mail of some of Tom Platz' training routines that he's used over the years for legs. I like to check this stuff out from time to time to see what others have done or recommend. I also have some stuff that Ronnie and Branch use for legs...that I got from their trainer.
Right or wrong...they typically go fairly high volume on legs... all of them.
One thing I noticed, though, with what I got from Platz' was a photo of a young Platz at around the age of 16. I was expecting to see massive legs...but to my surprise...his upper body was much more developed than his lower...and I'd even venture to say that his legs were STICKS!
Really shows what consistency and hardwork can do for someone when they set their minds to it...
