Ever wondered how many cumulative tons you've lifted over the years? Squats for example: 8 reps x 500# = 2tons Leg press 20 reps x 10 plates = 10 tons. Add all the other reps and sets done over the years (29yrs for me)the number is mind boggling..no wonder my knees ache!
