so i met toney freeman today, the NO-Shotgun spokesman. he is HUGE! he is the first pro bodybuilder ive met and was kinda shy to go talk to him since all the guys he was with were a lot bigger and older than i am. but near the end i went to go talk to him and see if i could get a picture. i got the last one and he autographed it for me. he also was more than willing to give me advice on my diet and workout plan.

he just made my week

plus he really inspired me to crack down hard on my diet and exercise and to really "train hard" as he put it.

hes a great guy and always had a smile on his face in the gym. he may just be my favorite bodybuilder out there (no offense....i havent met any of u guys )

haha yea it was awesome. i had heard that most bodybuilders are on the shorter side, but he was like 6'2"! it was amazing. he's my new inspiration

i can definitaly see that. i think he weighed in at 292 today....and he was cut. i wish i could be that big
