sure you could say doggcrapp or hit or 5x5 and so on , these are all good methods but everybody is different . also it really depends on what level of training experience you are .
i will say this , to answer your question from what i think about this >>>> any training method will give you mass gains if you are able to progress on the weights ,in the gym and if you are getting enough recovery . most important though >>> your diet got to be in check . if your diet is off , you will suffer in the gym . you won't be able to beat your numbers . you won't be able to have optimum growth , because you are not feeding your muscles etc..

plenty of good clean food, plenty of rest, and good form gaurenteed to gain some good quality muscle mass.
 
just started with DC, I'll let you know in a couple months...but it's looking good already!

The best all around method for putting on muscle is Lifting Weights. If you combine Lifting Weights with Eating the results can be dramatic.

Train hard, Eat hard, Rest hard, GROW
 
Training with heavy weights to failure, a proper diet sufficient in protein , avoiding overtraining, sleeping enough ours, taking a week off every 4-5 weeks, using gear but not abusing.

i am trying Dc know to its only been my first week but i feel like am getting fat on high volume i never did cardio for 1 year 11months no fat was gained and with high volume i felt like i got more of a pump with dc i know its only been two weeks but i feel no pump 9 ( Also i am having a difficult time with the extreme stretching)
 
You should be able to get a pump from one set, if I can with my tiny muscles then surely you can too ;)

i get a pump sort of but i get more out of volume training
 
A cross between DC and Dorian Yates style training.
 
Im doing a DC Style right now and lemme tell you this..... getting muscle pump is one thing I don't have to worry about! Are you going till failure? Using static holds? You have got to give it 100%.:D

You feel like you are getting fat in only one week? Sounds like my girlfriend!

Try using periods and commas. It makes it a lot easier to read and understand.
 
I always liked the 5x5 hitting each bodypart twice a week. I liked to give DC workout a try. The 5x5 I used would incooperate different exercises though for the twice a week schedule. Say upper chest on Monday with Inclines and lower on Fri. with Flat dumbell presses and the same for the other bodyparts. You only do one exercise per body part on workout days. I really feel hitting each bodypart at least twice a week is optimal for gaining mass as long as your not doing 15-20 sets per bodypart twice a week.

I hae done the once a week routines were you do 4 exercises per bodypart for 3-4 sets and found I gained size while on, but my strenghth was lower and muscles felt a bit softer or not as hard as hitting each bodypart twice a week.

The best training methods are whatever works for you. Being consistent and committed to whatever program you embark upon. Having enough know how to change when needed. I think BodyFx program is excellent : P/RR/S. I love Vince Gironda's styles of training as well; 6x6, 8x8, 10x10 etc.
