Spoke to the scientist who makes testosterone cypionate for the lab his hrt company runs today and asked a few ?'s. Found this interesing. He said that getting a total test bloodtest is not a good indicater for test levels. He said they dont even offer that when they do hrt follow up bloodwork. He said free test is the only test that should be given as it is 10x more accurate than total test. He said many patients will be on say "150mg cypionate" and their total test levels will be high and out of the range but their free test could still be low or normal, in which case more test should be added in the hrt regimen.
