Here's one you have never seen as I made this one up about 10 yrs ago
1 ea med red and green Bell Pepper cut into 1" squares
1 lg Tomato cut into cubes or 15 cherry tomatos *(recommended
I Sm red Onion sliced into rings
6 oz ea cheddar cheese and mozzarella cut into 3/4" cubes
Salt and pepper
Slice almonds or walnut pieces
Equal parts of Ex Vir Olive Oil and Pineapple wine vinegar mixed..
place all of the above on top lettuce leafs and EAT
