Yes i do. I actually like to follow something along the lines of what Massive G outlined and i see alot of other vets advising now. I will use the SizeOn about 10minutes into the workout (or i will use it more towards the end if i feel im getting great pumps that day and it is not needed yet). After my workout i take in a shake, then a meal little over an hour later of egg whites and a quickly digested carb, then a little over an hour after that i have a whole food meal with some form of meat and slow digested carb. Seems to make a big difference in progress when i do it this way.... however i go through my lazy phases where i wanna party and get drunk all the time and chill with a chick so i miss workouts haha..... would be nice if i did this year round haha
