TP4U, do you still use SizeOn during your workouts? If so, what is your pwo nutrition strategy like? Thanks.
 
Yes i do. I actually like to follow something along the lines of what Massive G outlined and i see alot of other vets advising now. I will use the SizeOn about 10minutes into the workout (or i will use it more towards the end if i feel im getting great pumps that day and it is not needed yet). After my workout i take in a shake, then a meal little over an hour later of egg whites and a quickly digested carb, then a little over an hour after that i have a whole food meal with some form of meat and slow digested carb. Seems to make a big difference in progress when i do it this way.... however i go through my lazy phases where i wanna party and get drunk all the time and chill with a chick so i miss workouts haha..... would be nice if i did this year round haha
 
Hey bro, thanks. What does your shake consist of? Sorry for all the questions, I've just been impressed with the changes you have made over the last 2 or so years. Plus you have alot of good knowledge to share.
 
I have recently changed my PWO nutrition to look like this

100g waxy maize stacrh
5 g creatine
5 gram glutamine

30 min later

75 g whey pro

Find massive G's thread on PWO nutrition. I follow that. Works wonders.
