I train mine every other leg workout and I work legs once a week , I I train them 2 time a month than that consist of 15-20 reps for 3 sets when I'm doing leg presses.
I'm blessed genetically with big calves and I walk on my toes bad so they are always under stress
i do mine 2-3x week, you looking thick bro good work.
I am just taking one day at a time and easy on the dvd's for now, since my competition is on OCTOBER 2012

I mean a weight that you can feel it, not something light... Like a weight that i can do 15 and the last 5 reps are really to get that extra
