I train them twice at week and go heavy and height reps ... like 20 reps...

I just pick any 3 machines (exercises always change every calves workout) and i do 3 sets each of 20 reps, with a resting time between set of 30 seconds...

I train mine every other leg workout and I work legs once a week , I I train them 2 time a month than that consist of 15-20 reps for 3 sets when I'm doing leg presses.
I'm blessed genetically with big calves and I walk on my toes bad so they are always under stress

I mean a weight that you can feel it, not something light... Like a weight that i can do 15 and the last 5 reps are really to get that extra :D

Haha just giving you a hard time man. I hope you are using enough weigh so you can feel it, isn't that what lifting weights is all about? :D

Especially for calves, they should be especially strong. I would use about the same or more wieght than I could squat doing standing raises. On seated I would use up to three 45 lb plates a side for about 15-20 reps. I wouldnt do less than 15 reps.
 
Nice work bro. I never train calves, they are just generically huge. Too bad that's where the good genetics end lol
