I am following "Growth Principals For Begginers" and having great results. I am 5'9, 208lbs 13%BF .My calves however are my weakest bodypart. The rountine only calls for 1 set a week for them. Does anybody have a calve blitzing program i could add in specific for 6-8 weeks and see some results. THANKS!
