Tren Back Pump...HELP!

I keep getting these horrible back pumps, so bad I have to lay down after every set for at least 2-3 min. Bent BB rows, DB rows, Deads and Squats are what does it. I drink 5-7 water bottles a day before the gym @ 5pm or so. Tren ace 550mg wk
Test Prop 700mg wk
1 banana a day in shake along with 3g of taurine in the morning.
I don't think I've gained much water weight because I was taking 10 mg Nolva ed for first 3 weeks (ran out, old stuff) and then switched to aromasin @ 12.5 ed for two weeks then read some stuff and decided to go with proviron @ 25 mg ed. I think my estrogen was so low it was destroying my libido.
Any suggestions?

I hope your right. It's quite excruciating. Oh and about the water weight I'm only up about 8-10 lbs from norm and have been eating a lot more than normal so I attribute the weight to the excess food.
 
i get these when using orals like d bol. made squatting almost impossilbe for a while but i thought mine was from water and sloppy diet, high sodium and not drinking enough water.
 
i don't have the best diet but I'm bulking so what does it matter. I drink at least a gallon of water a day before I work out. Plenty more after.
 
Have no idea if related, only on tren (and I did it a long time) I got back cramps in bed. My gf thougth I had epilepsy because I would be thrashing around trying to get it to release. Stopping tren ended this as well as night sweats for me.

Try a good cal/mag/pot supplement. Don't let yourself get all tight, stretch daily. Keeping your body as loose and limber is VERY important to keep injuries at bay. We bodybuilders like to feel all big and tight, but actually, that's a bad thing!
 
I take a ZMA supplement and I drink about a half a gallon of milk everyday.

As for the cialis I have no idea. Try proviron instead of cialis, it made a world of difference for my libido (me and my fiance are so sore we had to take a day off), that is if your not prone to mp baldness.

I have had those so bad from orals in the past that I had to lay down on a bench the cramping was so bad… it was incredibly painful. Never heard of a remedy other than coming off. A training partner I had years ago was from Sweden and he said they called it the "Russian Disease" because in those days they got their gear from the Soviet Union.
 
Yes, only a half a gallon. Sometimes more but then I drink less water.

And if coming off is the only solution I will just have to deal with it. I've decided to stay on until I'm satisfied, which at the moment (9 weeks in) is going to be a while. After everything I've read it's about the same if you do proper on cycle maintnance (anti-e, hcg every so often, you know to keep your junk in working order.) And I hate the cycle on cycle off routine, I feel like you lose the majority you gain and then next cycle try to get back to where you were before and only to get a small bit more. Now forgive me for my ignorance, but this is my second cycle and I'm just going on what I've read. I'm gettin ready to change to equipoise and test ena and maybe drop the tren and def drop test prop for a while (10-20 weeks ? ;) )then go back to the test p and tren a at the end.
 
I guess I should be more clear, sorry. Proviron decreased shbg, increased natural free test, so in turn it helps with the wang. I know cialis is not a libido enhancer, it'a a beta blocker or something.

Is it just me or does Tren ace 550mg wk sound like a high dose?

I'm running 75mg's EOD without any sides so far.
 
I get extreme back pump. (While "on") I just deal with it. It helps to brace myself over a machine or peice of equipment between sets, to take the weight off of my back. It still hurts, but at least I can make it through my workouts.

I just tell myself, my erectors are going to look awesome, next time I compete.
 
You can try at least 5G L-Taurine 2 x DAY, 1-2G Magnesium 2 X DAY and and if that don't work a lactic acid buffer, such as baking soda (sodium bi carbonate" and some potassium citrate.

maybe cut you dosage down a bit. you will still get amazing results.
 
Like I said, previously, I'm getting ready to drop the test p and probably the tren as well. In like two weeks when my equipoise and test enanthate kick in.
My results have been awesome. I just wish I could get rid of these back issues (no other sides). I've never hurt my back in any way. I'm only 28 and have exercised/manual labor/ lifted my whole life. And i was only squatting like 225 when they started to hit me, made it to 315 and finally gave up after only a few. Very Humbling... :( Four days later, bent rows w/185 (not pushing it at all, just warming up) and had to grab hold of another bench and lay down on it.

On another note 75mg eod is worse than ed injections because it causes more fluctuation of the hormones (just regurgitating what I've read) resulting in more sides,typically.
