there's no place better to enjoy life than in malaysia... the place is dirt cheap, the people are extremely friendly, and the weather is always great!

but it's back to work, and it's ramadhan now... we have to fast from 4 am til 6 pm, and work starts at 7 am til 1 pm during this month... basically we have a 10 hour window to eat, and not much time to do practically anything... so, i can't sleep, i can't eat, and i can barely train (once a week if i'm lucky cuz gyms close at around midnight)... it's amazing how one's body can QUICKLY deteriorate

chocolate chip pancakes with peanut butter on top... the bad thing about them is that they'll make you pass out for 6 hours after eating them...
the place is basically a rip off of IHOP... it's called... get this... Pancake house intenational

IT LOOKS LIKE A BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO VISIT. It figures the day you go to the beach it was windy and overcast! lol.

Doesn't matter though....still a beautiful place. You put down the meals just like me, man! I am not one of those guys who dips his little toe in the water. I jump in with both feet and get my ass soaking wet! lol.

I just really hope you have seen the cooperative that IHOP and the NFL have put together. They made a menu that is fairly impressive to say the least. My first ever show is this Saturday. Sunday...I am finding an IHOP!

Ninjas' attack... LOL!!!

LOL!!! don't go to malaysia between mid june til mid august!!! you'd think you're in an arabian gulf country!!! since it's a muslim country and the natives have gotten used to the ninja fashion style (well, sort of gotten used to ) most arabs go there for vacation because their wives and daughters can "cover up" i guess... and they outnumber malaysian at those times!
but it's fun when they don't know you're an arab... i don't let my wife cover up when we travel (she won't let me post her pictures, but she's there... she's the hottie standing behind the ice cream stand in the second picture of the night market ) ... we were in the JW marriot elevator and the elevator got packed with "ninjas"... and one of their men said "thna'ash lao samaht" which means "12th floor please" and i said "excuse me?" and he kept on saying the same thing. i don't think he knows english... so he just squeezed in next to me and pressed the 12th floor button and his wife said "be careful" in arabic... my wife is around 5'1 (she yells at me when i say that and insists she's 5'3 ) and around 100 lbs or so... and the ninja kept staring at her then looked at her husband and said "if this guy punched her, she'd be a gonner!"...LOL!

I'm not half the man i used to be, bro ... well, atleast when it comes to stomach size i'm not... i remember back when i first started eating for "growth", i used to put down a large pizza and a half and be hungry 3-4 hours later... these days, after eating "clean" for so long, i can barely eat 2 meals a day... hell, last time i ate was yesterday at midnight and it's 4 pm right now and i'm not hungry at all!!! bloated like shit too!!! eh, guess i'm getting old

The last time i saw IHOP was in 2000... i miss that place... but that blueberry stuffed french toast looks like DA BOMB!!!

a few of my friends are fasting, they pretty much switched their days around, i was gonna do it but ended up not workin for me lol

Those are great shots Bulselmo! I really like your narration! Very nice! And funny!!! I was smiling scrolling all the way down. I am glad I am not the only one that enjoys a smoke on my vacation (or gets stuck next to 157 obnoxious people on a plane)!

in malaysia, the humidity was around 20-40% and the temp was around 30 C...
in mid august in saudi (eastern province) the humidity is 100% and the temp is around 50 C ...
