Trt...need advise...

I am currently on trt. 125 a week... Now I have npp and tren... I don't wanna go any higher on the test for now... so how much npp and tren should I run a week ... I was thinking 100 tren 150 npp... Not sure any suggestion..would like some feed back on doses.... I am trying something new never did tren or npp...

I think your instincts are right, although everyone is going to tell you do more. I'd switch amounts though, 100 npp is enough to help out the joints, 150 tren is enough to get some very nice results.

Few will back me up on this, but I feel that is enough for most non competitive bodybuilders to get all the results they would ever want.

I think 100/wk of all three would do you great with minimal if any effects on your blood work if you're just trying to supplement your TRT without turning it more like a cycle ... both too high tho my draw attn to your thyroid levels tho since they both lessen the T4/T3 conversion to some extent.. I've seen that personally... didnt make me true hypo levels but pretty damn close to lowest end of normal range..

Doses often match goals. So for some that means more is better. But if you merely are seeking a small sensible yet noticeable effect than 100mg-150mg a week of either 19nor will have an impact. Do be mindful of bloodwork though. If you are going to be more towards the sensible end even at what seems like a low dose if run for a long enough duration [especially tren] can be impactful

what strength is your tren, assuming npp is 10mg/ml, right? I would run ml of each per week.

Tren is 100, but I'm gonna start at 35 three times a week. Never did tren or npp... Plus I don't want to get crazy sides...
