OK I KNOW IT SOUNDS GROSS BUT IT IS VERY TASTEY
1ST USE 4 EGG WHITES AND 2 WHOLE EGGS MIX AND BOWL ANDTHROW IN FRYING PAN
2. PUT 1 CAN OF DRAINED TUNA LEAVING SOME JUICE STILL IN CAN AND PUT IN PAN
3.MIX 1 OR 2 SLICES OF CHEESE AND 1/2 CUP OF BROCCLI OR GREEN BEANS
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE OR ADD SOME TOBASCO FOR A KICK. IT TAKES ONLY ABOUT 5 MINUTES TO PREPARE.

LET ME KNOW IF ANY OF YOU GUYS LIKE IT OR THINK IT TASTES LIKE S#%!:D
 
I've never tried tuna, but I make something similar with canned salmon. I get a large can of pink salmon, drain it and mix all the stuff together (skin, bones, etc.--it's heat processed to they're all very soft). I mix this in a bowl with two whole eggs and then cook up one giant salmon patty. It tastes just like regular salmon patties except these don't have the crackers added. It's also nice for low-carb, obviously.
 
me too this is great. I usually mix 3-4 whole eggs with a can of tuna and grated cheese with fried onion and tomato and tabasco or some spices plus black pepper finished with some olive oil. Just serve alone, with salad or your favourite carbs - potatoes are good.
 
I just wish I could get tuna down with all its good protein but its just something I could never eat.


I think it is a mind over matter. Maybe you looked at it first and that threw you off. Besides the smell, Tuna really has no taste (pretty much) :D Can you have someone make it for you like in a nice salad or a tuna patty?? That way you never saw it being made and may taste better that way. (just a thought)
