UFC 115 Chuck "The Iceman" Liddell vs Rich "Ace" Franklin to be held in Vancouver has made history in becoming the fastest UFC sellout of all time. The tickets reportedly sold out in just 30 minutes after going on sale at 10am PT.

UFC President Dana White at 10.44am PT announced the news via his twitter page (danawhite) "Vancouver sold out in 30 mins!!!! Thank you Vancouver we worked hard on getting it there. Thank you Mayor Robertson"

This is the first UFC to be held in Vancouver and this is Chuck Liddell's first fight since UFC 97 "REDEMPTION" where he lost to Mauricio Rua, so really there's no wonder UFC 115 was such a fast sellout.

In fact Chuck Liddell has lost 4 out of his last 5 UFC fights so many wonder can Liddell regain his winning ways again even at the age of 40?

We'll have to wait until June the 12th but we're sure it will be a fight worth waiting for.

This is a classic "put the butts in the seats" ticket. Neither of them can complete at 185 or 205 any longer.

Dana is a smart man. He knows these two sell tickets.

Thats why, BJ Penn will get a rematch with Edgar right away...because Edgar can not put assess in seats and sell tickets.... but BJ can!

the previews at end of last show said some crazy shit happens that has never happened before...its funny cause dana tried covering it all up so u have to watch the episode..he tweeted denial of the franklin chuck fight trying to keep a lid on what happened.
