brutal knockout.... that surpasses the liddell knockdown of tito when he had him up against the cage, the one that shows up on all the highlight reels...
yea i kinda thought he would be too.. frankie is a damn good fighter. longtime friend now coaches at the college level at rutgers, frankie goes there with his guys from time to time to train my friend said

Cool, that's a pretty noble thing to do for a guy that's famous. That's what I like about MMA. Even when they hit mainstream and become very famous they usually don't forget where they came from.
Losing to Aldo is nothing to be ashamed about. I don't see anyone beating him at 145 and there's talk that he may move up to 155 BC he has trouble cutting to his current weight class. Someone really fast and powerful like Ben Henderson or Anothony Pettis will have the best shot at beating Aldo. The only reason that Frankie won the last two rounds is BC his cardio is second to none and he out worked Aldo. Otherwise, Aldo won the fight realitively easily.
you can see herb waiting for the opportunity to jump in, but the power punches kept coming relentlessly.... herb looked like he was preparing to stick his hand in a spinning motor blade...
unfortunately for overeem, this clip is going to be on highlight reels for years to come.... the way it finished kind of makes his pre fight walkout look ever more embarrassing...
if overeem didn't talk all that smack, bigfoot may have let him drop.... but when fighters talk too much shit the other guy sometimes wants to put an exclamation mark on the end of it..... like henderson with bisbing, or lesner with mir
