Been on 1g test and 600mg prop for about 10weeks now along with gh/igf and slin. Got bloodwork done before cycle and everything was perfect. LDL was only about 1-3points too high. Thats all that was wrong. Now, im presuming its normal for stuff to be off balance while on a cycle like mine but does anything look really bad. Here is what was off

HDL was 24 range 40-59
LDL was 106 range 0-99
Iron Serum 30 range 40-155 (this is odd, I take b12 shots everyday)
Chol/HDL ratio 6.2 range 0-5
calcium serum 8.3 range 8.5-10.6(how did this happen)
RDW 15.1 range 11.7-15(not even sure what this is)
Platelets 441 range 140-415
alt and ast were slightly elevated. Only a few points which is normal I hear for bodybuilders. Plus I was on no orals

So im sure my worst is the cholesterol but I think thats also due to my diet. I eat pizza about 2x per week and lots of fast food(triple cheeseburges,etc..) Im gonna start cleaning it up but this is a bulker im on. So, any advice if anything looks really really bad or is this pretty normal for a bulker with what im on. Thanks

I just wonder how the iron is low when I take a b12 shot everyday and eat red meat everday, mulit vitamins,etc.. and even when I gave blood and they checked my iron with the finger test, they said it was almost too high to give blood.

ALso, the calcium is weird too. I eat lots and lots of dairy.

Dude, clean up your diet! Bulking or not, don't eat shit. I mean a pizza now and then is fine, but I think you are overdoing the junk food.

Im gonna start cleaning it up for sure. But, the calcium and iron is bugging me. So weird they are low.

also if your overdoing the processed foods which are highly acidic, the boidy will use calcium to netralize acid hence a loss of calcium, cut down on wheat and processed shit bro

Are your HDL and LDL levels always in this range? Some people simply have different "normal" levels. These are risk factors for heart disease down the road so it's important to make note of, but nothing that will kill you today. It's important to note that these "normal ranges" are determined using the herd mentality and you might simply be an outlier.

Just ramp up the cardio, clean up the diet, throw in 4grams of fish oil daily and retest in 6 months. It's likely things will be more close to normal.

Well you cholesterol hasn't increased very significantly since your pre-cycle values, but none the less that is something that I would try to control through dietary and supplementary measures (a clean diet and omega-3's for example). RDW is an acronym for red blood cell distribution width, which is a measure of the variation in size of red blood cells, or anisocytosis. Elevated values could be an indication that your body is for whatever reason regenerating red blood cells, and would often be seen with a low red blood cell count. With your RDW numbers coupled with low iron, it makes me speculate the possibility of iron deficiency anemia. The platlets are nothing to be concerned about, but I am not 100% certain on the calcium. Give me a day or so to think...

And for the record, you do NOT need to eat fast food to bulk efficiently, although I suppose it does make it easier.

That is terrible information, the advice isnt that bad but the information regarding outliers is just plain wrong. Ranges are done to include +/- 2 std deviations of people which includes 95% of the population. To be that far out of normal range does not mean he is an outlier. It means their is something very wrong. His shitty diet, steroid use and most likely a lack of cardiovascular exercise are all to blame. Will fucked up blood lipids kill you right away no? but why the fuck would you tell some one it is acceptable to be in those ranges. Dont tell people bull shit information.

I would start including 2 tbsns of olive oil ed to your diet, high quality cold pressed Extra Virgin. Napa Valley Naturals make a good quality product. The fish oil may help increase hdl, along with niacin, and polycosanol

RBC was in the normal range but towards the high end. So weird, b/c I get tons of iron, and this has never happened before. I wonder if its b/c the test was taken 1st thing in the a.m. on empty stomach and I had no red meat or b12shot the day before.

HDL was always perfect and pre-cycle LDL was actually the same as this test, but I was never really "off cycle" then either.
