UK gyms

[Brute Force]

I am going on a business trip to London and Cardiff and am wondering if anyone here knows of any good gyms to train at in either of those 2 areas?

I would love to take a trip to Temple Gym, but not sure if I will have the time.

Ironworks gym....in off White Heart Lane in North London is very good gym many bodybuilders train there. Its directly across from the 7 sisters tube stop in an industrial estate.

There is another Hardcore gym in Bethnal Green I think....I think it is called Muscle Works...its the gym were Jammo Nazzer used to train... There are several others decent gyms... there is another in Achway...north London but its name escapes me..its Ian Dowe's gym..

I trained in a decent gym in Camden Town, London. I tried as hard as I could to remember the name of the gym but with no results. It is just in front of Camden Town underground.
