here are my stats: 19yrs 185lbs 5'8"
I've been traing hard consistantly for 2 1/2 yrs
now im tryin to get cut and the diet i fallow is like around 200-270g of protien around 35-60g of fats and abt 60g of carbs from OJ i use post-workout with 5g of creatiene and then load with 200g of carbs once or twice a week deepending on how i feel, i work out 5 times a week, doing 20 min of cardio after liften 3 times a week. so far i lost lik 15 lbs and 3inches from my waist now making it 31. so my question is eventhough i am seeing good progress thus far; should i continue my current diet, rotate some carbs, or add more cardio?!!? and i havent thrown in any fat-burners yet or prohormones should i use them now or later when i hit a platau or what??
