Ok guys,
its been about 2 weeks now...I have gotten use to eating the way Phil wants im eating 3 food meals, 2-3 pepto pro shakes a day, and 3-4 meals of LBA's...So im getting the food in...Training is almost up to par again...Im not getting it at 3 on 1 off just yet...but im almost there (im sore as hell) I have needed an extra day off here and there, just because i havnt been training as hard the last few months...But my strengh is way up, and im getting rounder by the day...
