If you don't mind, post up your training weights of your main exercises for 10 to 12 reps on each bodypart. Just curious to see what it takes to get to your size and what kind of poundages it took.

Training, I do split training and i never do the same workout or same exercises, i am constantly changing them, even weights and reps and the only thing that is always the same is the intensity and very short period of resting time between sets, do this and you will growth.. Always increase weights from set to set and last set drop weights and do lie 25 reps to push more blood into the Muscle and make it growth braking those muscle fibers after you go home , eat and rest.
keep a very positive Nitrogen Balance in your body... This is a most.
Don't believe to much in those protein powder, believe better in the food you eat and get plenty of protein, carbs, manage your fats and calories intake.

Mond: Chest, ham string, calves, abs, all 4 sets between 8-12 reps always incresing weight.
Tuesd: Traps and biceps, calves, abs
wend:Legs, Squats, front squats, leg press, leg extentions, hack squads, lounges
thursd: Shoulders and Triceps, Calves, abs
Friday:Back, calves, abs
Saturday sunday: off
Food Intake:
aliigator meat
Red meat
Fish
Swete potatoes
coconut oil
white rice
veggies
peanut butter
water 2 gallons at day
Meals eaten at day between 6-9 meals every 3 -4 hours, all food is measure
Depp tissue massage once at week
