Upright rows??

I LOOK BETTER WHEN I DO THEM!

I USUALLY DO THEM AFTER LATERAL RAISES. I LIKE THEM WITH A WIDER GRIP. ON LIGHTER DAYS I MESS AROUND AND ATTEMPT TO KEEP A CONSTANT TENSION ON AND PUMP OUT THE REPS. DOESN'T TAKE LONG AND EVERY THING [TRAPS, MEDIAL DELTS, FRONT DELTS] ARE ON FIRE. ON HEAVY DAYS, IF MY BRACHIALIS MUSCLES AREN'T TOO BURNT FROM MY BACK DAY, I DO THEM HEAVY FOR LOW REPS......MOSTLY CLEAN STYLE THOUGH. [SORT OF A HEAVY HIGH PULL] I THINK I LOOK BETTER [FULLER] WHEN IVE BEEN DOING THEM. NOTHING MAKES MY TRAPS SORER.:)
 
I think everybody got crazy here. :confused:

I love heavy rear barbel shrugs for develope the traps, and close grip pull downs superset with pullover nautilus machine, very heavy is the best to sevelope a giant back like Dorian's.

You work your traps when you train: deadlifts, hammer rows, military presses, lateral raises.
You train your rear shoulder when you train: chest, deadlifts, military presses, all back exercises.
Some times the develope of a muscle is compromise by exess of training, the muscle is overtrained by the others exercises the indirect efect ( when you train legs for example the other muscles of the body grow to compensate the growth of the legs) and the direct workout. As you can see you train the same muscle several times a week and is impossible to the muscle get recuperate to grow.
If you have problems with develop your traps or rear shoulders, biceps or triceps, dont train them, the principal mistake is train more increasing sets and reps getting overtraining... ¡ More is not better !

I am sorry guys but HIT is the way, the shortest way to get big....

I THINK IT'S GOOD YOU POST A PIC WHEN YOU GIVE ADVICE. TOO MANY GUYS ARE FULL OF TRAINING ADVICE.....AND THEN YOU SEE A PICTURE OF THEM AND THEY LOOK LIKE CRAP. [ I AM ALWAYS AMAZED WHEN THIS HAPPENS....HAHAHAHA...]
