Use of an AI during cycle?

Guys about to start first cycle in a few weeks. (Was going to start a while ago but never got my gear). Here is what im thinking after doing some reasearch.

1st cycle Test E. x 8 weeks at 300 mgs. weekly
4-6 weeks PCT

2nd cycle Test E. x 8 weeks at 300 mgs weekly
4-6 weeks PCT

3rd cycle Test E. x 8 weeks at 300 mgs. weekly
4-6 weeks PCT

I got this idea from board member Dad.

Here is my question?
A. Would u recommend using a AI or a Anti-E during cycle?

B. How long after last injection would be optimal to start PCT?

Basically im looking to hold 10-12 real lbs. after each cycle resulting in 30 or so pounds of muscle over a period of a year or so.

Ive done my reasearch and will have all my ducks in a line before i start i just wanted the opinions of some vets before i go into it.

Personally, I didn't need An AI till week 6, then high esto sides started, but .5mg adex e3d worked to stable my levels.

I'm not up to speed on Dad's propposed cycle, but for me weeks 10-15(1-12 test e and 12-15 test prop) were the key weeks for phsyical changes. Even then, the test will still aromatize for around 5 half-lives. AI is needed.

The way you have it layed out would probably work better with a short ester. If that was the case, then an AI starting at week 1.

I always use an A/I from day one through PCT (Aromasin during PCT) If you are using a long acting ester, you should wait about two weeks before beginning PCT.

No it does not. 12.5 eod of aromisen would be fine. Everyone is different how they react to certain compounds. You may not need pct with that low of dosage.

I would always use a PCT , and for long esters I would wait about 1.5 to 2 weeks after last pin. I always like to use dex at .5 every third day. And I agree for those short cycles I would use Prop, or do a longer cycle with E. E makes me look like a blow fish though so I use way more dex then.

I love Aromasin, this is what I use 12.5 EOD around week 5 of a 12 week cycle. Maybe I am crazy in the head but I swear, with Aromasin I can see the difference with in a day or two, you can tell by looking at your body if you need more or less but 12.5 is perfect for me

i agree it has a short half life the effects can be felt/ seen very quickly

exemestane actually has a fairly long half life.. however its effects are felt quickly because of its method of action, suicidal inhibition combined with initial suppression of shbg (freeing test and dht)... shbg which would be somewhat elevated by estrogen...
