Along side ephedrine + caffeine for fat loss.
100 mgs 3x per day, with 16 mgs eph, 200 mgs caffeine, also 3x a day.
ive also used usnic acid by its self for a throat infection, and i gotta say, worked wonders for healing that up, and i definitely was warmer while using it.
i tried lipolyze for some month and i can say it is the only fatburner that worked.
the liver things was with syntrax and they had ten times more usnic acid in it.
but as you all know, the thing with fatborner is, was it the diet ,was it the training, was it the nutrition ,was it the burner or was it something else that worked?
You guys remember that stuff UPC1 LOL I tried that for like 2weeks back when it was out in like 2003. didnt do shit. My buddy used the prohormone they had and got worse gyno than any aas he's ever done.
most studies done on usnic acid were using 100-200mgs per dose with multiple doses per day. One study had people using 1000mgs per day. Anything that is abused can be unhealthy. Lipolyze has 12mg of usnic acid per capsule and the max used per day is 6 capsules. Start with 3 per day and increase it 1 capsule every week or two. My wife and I have both used Lipolyze and have had several physicals done while using it and our liver function has always been within the normal range..according to blood test anyway.

its actually sold/used as a industrial disinfectant... so possibly could do that
As another point all of the documented liver related issues were with usnic acid from sodium usinate as a lab created chemical. What palumbo uses and what you can buy now as usnic acid is an extract from a fern. Theres even one study that shows usnic acid (from the ferns) to be hepaprotective against damage from alcohol.
So i'm not sure if the product is as hepatoxic anymore.

It doesn't matter what its derived from, if its usnic acid it is hepatotoxic. Usnic acid works the same way as DNP i.e. it uncouples oxidative phosphorylation but unlike DNP it is toxic to the liver. You would be better off giving usnic acid a miss and using DNP in low doses.
