usnic acid.

hey guys i recently got a free bottle of a fat burner with usnic acid in it. now i have read really bad things about it. but that was with doses around 200mg. these pills contain only 12mgs each capsule. it says to take 3 a day. is it worth taking or is my liver shrivel up lol. I cant find any info on people who used low doses. thanks in advance.

you'll be fine. i'm sure it is only 30 days worth. 36 mg is not very high. honestly, i am not too sure you will see anything from it, since it is only 36 mg a day. The lipolyze now doesn't have it in it anymore so enjoy your free sample while you can.

That's low dose of UA

When Usnic Acid was readily available by itsself, I had 250 mg pills and took 2 a day- 36mg will not make much of a difference- on 500mg a day I definitely had side effects and liver stress but that was kinda what was expected with UA.

And as mentioned, I don't think any supplements have ANY usnic acid in them anymore...

cool thanks guys yeh its the lipolyze but i was thinking of taking it while on clen and t3 since it was free lol.

rockstar- w/ Clen and T3 chances are you'll be one hot, shaky uncomfortable dude (many people cannot take the sides from either one of these)- why add on OTC product to that combo? But Clen and T3 are not magic- diet has to be on-point too.

If you have not done them before make sure you start at low dose and work your way up- these are nothing to mess with. Best of luck.

thanks bro. yeh i have done it before and with great results. Diet is on point so is cardio.
