hey guys,
ok so i have been taking certain herbs to increase insulin sensitivity. I had a bottle of AP laying around for the past year im on day 3 of 3 pills a day, my body is transforming i feel i wasted all this money on these herbs that are good for insulin sensitivity but AP made them all obsolete, any CHEAPER replacement i can get in place for AP when i run out?

I love AP. Its a little expensive but if you eat a lot of carbs, it works wonders. I like it better than Glucophage (which is cheap). AP is very effective in my experience.

The older we get the less sensetive to insulin we become. When you take metaformin it makes you more sensetive to the insulin you have in your body so you utilize and process carbs much better. You can lose fat and have the carbs go directly into the muscles rather than turn into fat. With all the adult onset diabetes or type II this is a great solution. Its cheap and effective and way less risk than taking inuslin. If you eat a lot of carbs this will help a lot. I actually like anabolic pump better seems to give the muscles more fullness but they are both good. If you are on a low carb diet, not much use for these except for the carb up days.....If you eat a big carb meal after workout and take a metaformin, your body will utilize these more effeciently due to the increase in the increase in sensitivity to your bodies existing insulin. I think there is a thread on metaformin if you do a search.
