Your recipe for the best pump

I don't really plan a pump anymore but I had pizza night last night with 2 glasses of wine and pizza for breakast that translated into an arm spliting pump this morning.

Previously on rest days id down a whole large pizza. On the next days run I'd feel strong and fast.
My recovery meals these days consist of loads of white rice and watermelon.
Now watching documentaries on 100+ mile ultra runners. Shit is amazing what humans are capable of.

That stuff is the tits for blood flow. I posted a case study a while back about a guy w a decades old foot wound that wouldn’t heal, they were about to amputate his goddamn foot until he was put on a high dose of cialis for a different surgery prep and BAM the wound healed.

Abstract​

We report an unanticipated medication effect resulting in near-complete wound healing in a patient after beginning tadalafil therapy of 20 mg thrice daily. This patient was treated for 50 years with state-of-the art acute and then chronic wound interventions after a traumatic farm machinery accident which resulted in a devascularised foot wound. This infection was both life- and limb-threatening. The patient had undergone multiple vascular and plastic surgeries and antimicrobial therapies in addition to hospitalisations for sepsis. Limb amputation was being considered, when his urologist placed him on daily phosphodiesterase-5 inhibitor therapy, prior to unrelated urologic surgery. Remarkably, his foot wound underwent near-complete resolution and has been stable for 2 years.

I’ll give it a shot. I already do 2g or so of salt each meal along with probably upwards of 2 gallons of water, you notice a big difference with that influx pre?

I’ll probably have to grab some crystal light or something as I currently don’t take any flavored pre

Okay! So many people are taking Cialis or Viagra before going to the gym now. Doesn’t that stuff make your eyes red? Mine get bloodshot even from smaller doses! I don’t even use them for sex anymore because I also hate the stuffy sides.
