I often use things like mustard (strong english) with efa (mixed in a cup), cummin, hot chilly pepper seeds, paprika, peri peri saunce, cayenne pepper mix it up
I try to keep it simple, or little as possible sugars or hidden sugars, peppers are good, they add spice and can be themogenic, or make some soup, simple soup, and you can cover all the spectrum of veggies with one bowl, I can forward recipes if you like
a healthy salad dressing I use EFA (udo's oil) and malt vinagar base, (balsamic vinagar often has got sugars added, just check the label), then add something else to spice things up a little.
Sometimes I thin down my favorite sauce, ie ketchup with vinagar (distilled malt) barabcue works well too.
