I was getting this very bad lower back pump then doing squat and dead lift.
so much that after 3 set of squat i had to go home could now do more leg work and the same with deadlift

i was on 200mg og test e the last 20weeks and it was still very bad

wanna get back on gear but with out getting the crazy back pumps.

Thats a common problem sometimes the pain is unberable in all the years I have been lifting I have never found a remedy.
Like my wife tells me suck it up buttercup and
deal with the pain!

Ive found its usally from dehydration try uping your water for a few days see if tht wrks

Dbol is infamous for hard core back pumps. Most aas will contribute to
pump. Make sure your electrolytes are balanced and adequate.
I used to have to lay flat on my back between sets sometimes from back pump.Make sure your abs and stabalizing muscles are strong and flexible. Good luck, T

I experienced a horrible lower back pump just last week actually thought it was from high RBC count due to the cycle I am on. Talked to my good buddy JJB1 he told me it was from high estrogen levels and gave me a bottle of adex haven't had it since! Thanks again John!

i was thinking the same thing that i must be something about the estrogen. i will try that. it cant be the salt or water i drink and eat alot of salt.

i don cycles before and have not had the problem but now i have had it even at 200mg. hope some other people put some good info up here.

If you think about it logically, you're not going to have high estro levels from only 200mgs of test. I think something else is the culprit for your lower back pumps.

When I get bad lower back pumps I drink a lot of water to the point I couldn't possibly drink more water. In between sets I try to sit on the edge of a bench at an angle closer to my body being straight than at a 90 degree angle with my legs straight out in front of me and relax my body as much as possible. It helps me out substantially.

Have you ever considered that the problem is not related to your drug use? Poor hip and ankle mobility can cause your lower back to do more work than it should. At 200mg/week your problem is most likely related to mobility issues. Not the easy answer, but probably the right one. My guess without knowing anything about you would be anterior pelvic tilt.

I am going in today for my presurgery consult. I have Exertional compartment syndrome I developed from gear. Its where the fascia (muscle lining) doesnt expand with the swell of the muscle causing unbareable pain. I need a fasciotomy(getting the lining snipped. This sound like what you are having in your lower back. You need a localization treatment and inject it in the muscle your having a problem with. It releases the fascia so the muscle can expand without being constricted allowing the muscle to contract. PM if this sounds right to you.

I use to get this all the time bro still do occasionallly
Simple things that could help and make a difference.

1. Wear a belt...
2. Take longer rest periods between sets when doing deadlifts
and squats...seemed to really help me with this.

3. Make sure your hydrated well...a lot guys think there
drinkin enough water but their not.

4. SLOW down your movements...ease into your squats
take your time get comfortable and find that spot and sit
in that hole ..engage in the quads let the quads do the work.

it could be that but do your have it when ont on gear?

5to 10grams of taurine a day, would have solved this for you. Been there, done that ect ...

i keep hearing about back pumps.......what exactly is that?

I get back pumps on occassion from dbol and taurine has worked well for me. 5 grams pre and post-workout.
