I stold this from the Foodtown in my area.. They have a great prepared foods dept.. Im addicted to this chicken... And no need to reheat.. Eat cold! Here is the recipie...
Grill trimmed chicken breast (Thin slices are the best) with a light coat of oil, salt & pepper
Coat with a balsamic reduction (reduce balsamic vinegar & brown sugar on stove
on med heat until 1/2 evaporated)
Top with our prepared tomato bruchetta (chopped ripe tomato, fresh basil, olive oil, salt, pepper), room temperature, and drizzle more
balsamic reduction on top.Serve.
I use splenda brown sugar and omit the salt...
