New video training in a Low Intensity phase after 4 months of hard training... drug free, fat free, sodium free and injured elbow and bicep. I am better write now just the bicep tendon in bother me a little when i go heavy or when i do back, but i think in 2 weeks more i will be ready to start hard again after 2 months of a little rest, 252 pounds and 7.5%, i think is a decent shape for a 1 1/2 moths natural natural guy...just a little flat.
