Ok I guess you could say I'm a true newb. Did plenty of lifting in H.S. for all the sports I played...never took anything so I guess you could say I was natural. Years later (now) I'm getting back into lifting and I'm pretty sure I need help. First of all....is there a post with all the definitions of all the different types of enhancers T3, dbol, stacking..etc? Sorry if that's too much of a newb question. Secondly....how do I find what works best for me without all the trial and error.:confused:
 
THe answer to question one is Google.

To put together cycles, yuo need to consider yuor goals, level of experience, etc. Yuo can NOT ask for cycles to be set up, but yuo can put together a plan and ask for critiques.

If yuo're in the U.S. and not very serious about competition, forget AAS.

I don't think you can...you need to develop a good solid plan. like Dad said what are your goals. For every person working out, there is a different training program.

Go to the articles section and read stuff posted by BigA.
