Ok I guess you could say I'm a true newb. Did plenty of lifting in H.S. for all the sports I played...never took anything so I guess you could say I was natural. Years later (now) I'm getting back into lifting and I'm pretty sure I need help. First of all....is there a post with all the definitions of all the different types of enhancers T3, dbol, stacking..etc? Sorry if that's too much of a newb question. Secondly....how do I find what works best for me without all the trial and error.
