This seems to be a popular practice for alot of guys.. Especially from another board.. I wanted to get some opinions on this from PM members.. Alot of people will wash off their ground beef in a strainer after cooking to reduce the fat content of the beef.. Washing beef can reduce fat content to around 6 grams of fat per serving.. But i have to wonder what else are you washing off? Does it reduce the nutrient content? (Zinc, niacin, B6, B12, iron)
