you need to understand that dropping water weight is not always a good thing, besides the extreme health risks associated with potassium and electrolyte level imbalances, the muscle is made up of 70% water, you prob want to drop a few pds. of sub q water and thats it... if you need to drop more you are not in shape and will probably end up looking flat....
dont be stupid and deplete yourself too bad with diretics it can be very dangerous!
